FW25-26: Announcing the Winner of Kachorovska’s Emerging Brands Prize

The Ukrainian brand Kachorovska continues its initiative for young brands participating in Ukrainian Fashion Week, which was launched in 2024. After conducting preliminary research on the brands and attending their runway shows during Fashion Week, the Kachorovska team decided to award a 100,000 UAH grant to the brand UPSLOWUSE.

“We sincerely want Kyiv to become a fashion hub for all of Eastern Europe. That’s why it’s crucial for us to support emerging fashion brands. In this way, we contribute to the long-term development of the Ukrainian fashion industry. We have been following UPSLOWUSE for several seasons now, admiring their collections and conscious approach to clothing production. Congratulations, and we hope this award will help the brand take the next step in its growth,” says Alina Ocheretiana, CEO of Kacho Group and Creative Director of Kachorovska.

“Supporting young designers has always been one of the key priorities of Ukrainian Fashion Week. I am glad that well-established Ukrainian brands like Kachorovska are becoming reliable partners in this initiative. It is important to us that the new generation of talents envisions their future in Ukraine because today, fashion is one of the voices of a nation fighting for its freedom, culture, and identity,” says Iryna Danylevska, CEO of Ukrainian Fashion Week.

The grant from Kachorovska can be used by the brand to expand production capabilities, acquire professional software, participate in international showrooms, fund educational programs for designers and team members, purchase materials, invest in digital marketing, or produce a campaign for their latest collection.
