VOROZHBYT&ZEMSKOVA SS22

VOROZHBYT&ZEMSKOVA SS22

The design duo Vorozhbyt&Zemskova in the new season continues with the idea of smart minimalism, urbanism, and a new towny uniform. Comfort and aesthetic are part and parcel in the collection as a total look. The main thing is harmony, calibrated proportion, and prudent use of décor in clothes – nothing extra, each detail is its place. ‘The city is a powerful, monolithic, oppressive organism, and human is a fragile, subtle, sensitive creature. Our clothes are the connecting link between roughness, certain bleakness of the metropolis and delicate human relations’, – Alyona Vorozhbyt and Tatyana Zemskova say. In the collection prevail ‘yummy’ shades as if taken from the windows of city cafes and street coffee spots: soft tones of caramel, milk, butter, cacao, as well as rich colors of lime, mint, and lavender. One look – one pallet: stylish stunt of designers who mainly propose to combine clothes in one color. Silhouettes: broad shoulders, fitted blazers, wide-leg waving trousers, oversized shirts and jackets, coats. Amid the loose models, stand out sexy sundresses with thin spaghetti straps, which are presented in the length above the knee and midi.  The looks are not burdened with an excessive number of details, but at the same, there are trendy accents that catch the eye: patch pockets and metal braces.
