On September 3, Ukrainian Fashion Week welcomed key media representatives and the Week’s partners to a Press Brunch marking the beginning of the new season.

For Ukrainian Fashion Week, the gathering was first and foremost an opportunity to thank its media and partners for their long-standing trust and support. It is this important synergy that allows UFW to consistently pursue its mission — to develop and represent the Ukrainian fashion industry both in Ukraine and internationally.

Today, business support for culture has taken on particular significance, while fashion, as an integral part of culture, has become one of the voices of contemporary Ukraine and an important tool of cultural diplomacy. The role of the media now extends far beyond covering events — media outlets help shape the context in which contemporary Ukrainian fashion is understood and tell the stories of those who continue to create it despite all the challenges.The gathering took place at Salon du Champagne in Kyiv. Salon du Champagne is a restaurant and wine space in the heart of the capital dedicated to the culture of Champagne. The venue is home to one of the largest champagne collections in Ukraine, ranging from major historic houses to rare family producers whose bottles reveal new facets of the Champagne region.

The concept of Salon was born from a love of France and its gastronomic culture. While travelling through Champagne, the founders fell in love not only with its great wines but also with the philosophy of the region itself — respect for tradition, attention to detail, and the art of enjoying the moment. It is this atmosphere that they have brought to the heart of Kyiv.
