UFW SS25: Winner of the UFW x United For Freedom Grant Program
The Ukrainian Fashion Week committee and the United For Freedom charity fund, founded by Iryna Adonina, announced the winner of their grant program: 22-year-old Solomiia Hrynkiv, the Schooll of Art x Craft graduate. Hrynkiv, part of the New Names program, will receive a 50,000 UAH grant to create her next collection or develop an existing product. The initiative aims to support young Ukrainian designers, emphasizing the role of creativity in defining modern Ukraine.
“Without the creativity of our designers, we cannot imagine the essence of modern Ukraine. Our mission is to showcase Ukraine’s creative strength and resilience to the world, to support our fashion industry, and to inspire young artists just beginning their journey. It’s important for us that the new generation of talent connects their future with Ukraine,” said Iryna Danylevska, CEO of Ukrainian Fashion Week.
“I’m in love with Ukrainian fashion, and I am thrilled that this year my United For Freedom fund can support a young, distinctive talent in the fashion field. I am confident that our designers have a great future not only in Ukraine but also on the global stage. I hope that thanks to our grant, Ukrainian fashion talents will gain the recognition they deserve,” stated Iryna Adonina, founder of the United For Freedom fund, entrepreneur, and influencer.
