Ukrainian Fashion Week presents the collections of several young designers in an “Open Shooting” format

Ukrainian Fashion Week presents the collections of young Ukrainian designers in a new “Open Shooting” format — a photoshoot open for journalists, stylists, and fashion activists to attend.

The New Names SS25 participants include the finalists of the “LOOK INTO THE FUTURE” competition, who presented their collections during Berlin Fashion Week: VERONIKA DANYLIV, MARIIA DOBROVA, ANASTASIIA NAUMENKO, ALIONA PRODAN, YELYZAVETA KOSTENKO; the top UFEG season graduates ELISON DIEZ, OLGA RYBNYKOVA, INNA SEMENETS; finalist of the KNUTD competition “Pechersk Chestnuts” ALMAZ.WEAR, and SOLOMIIA HRYNKIV — the best School of Art x Craft graduate.

For 27 years, Ukrainian Fashion Week has been advocating for young talents. Even in the most challenging times, they keep creating, and we continue our mission to support them.

“We are firmly convinced that without the creativity of our designers, it is impossible to imagine the essence of modern Ukraine. Our mission is to demonstrate creative power and Ukrainian resilience to the world, support the fashion industry in the country, and inspire young artists who are just starting their journey to keep creating. It is important for a new talented generation to have a future in Ukraine,” says the CEO of Ukrainian Fashion Week, Iryna Danylevska.

As part of the historic Ukrainian Fashion Week SS25 season, one designer from the NEW NAMES program will receive a grant from Iryna Adonina’s United For Freedom charitable foundation. This grant will support the winner in creating their next collection or developing an existing product.

“I am in love with Ukrainian fashion and am incredibly happy that this year, the United For Freedom fund has the opportunity to help a young, unique talent in the fashion sphere. I am convinced that a great future awaits our designers not only in Ukraine but also at the global level. I hope that with the help of our grant, everyone in the fashion world will hear about Ukrainian talents,” says the founder of the United For Freedom charity fund, entrepreneur, and influencer Iryna Adonina.
