On October 30–31, Growth Point: Fashion, a two-day strategic planning workshop organised by U&WE HUB, will take place in Lviv. The programme is designed for women founders of Ukrainian fashion businesses looking to scale their operations, optimise business processes, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Throughout the programme, participants will work alongside their teams to identify key business priorities and develop actionable strategies with guidance from expert mentors.

Over the course of two days, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Analyse their business models and identify key growth opportunities.
• Receive personalised guidance from 10 expert mentors.
• Address key areas including business strategy and scaling, finance, marketing and PR, exports, team management, production, business processes, e-commerce, and product development.
• Develop a business growth strategy and a step-by-step implementation roadmap covering the next 12, 6, 3, and 1 months.

A preparatory online session will take place on October 27, allowing teams to identify their main business challenges and priorities ahead of their mentoring sessions.

Following the workshop, participants will have 30 days to put the first steps of their strategies into action and demonstrate measurable progress.

The business that achieves the strongest results during this period will receive a grant for continued mentorship support.
