SS26: NADYA DZYAK show

BORYVITER. SPRING-SUMMER’26

In her new SS’26 collection, designer Nadya Dzyak once again returns to her thoughts on the south of Ukraine. Everything bright and sunlit in her memories is connected to these places — to Berdyansk, her favorite retreat, where the sea became a space for solitude and inspiration.

“All my most powerful and defining collections were conceived while sitting on the beach in Berdyansk, which is, sadly, now occupied by Russia. Nowhere else did I feel such peace and harmony,” shares the designer.

The key motif of the collection is the seashell — a natural sculpture, an organic continuation of NADYA DZYAK’s signature spirals. The spiral, moving inward, becomes a metaphor for endless motion and a return to origins.

Berdyansk and the Azov Sea are an inseparable part of Ukraine’s landscape and coastline, long a source of inspiration for artists. This season, the designer also draws from the work of renowned Ukrainian artist Alla Horska. Her mosaic “Boryviter” (“Kestrel”), created in Mariupol and recently restored in Kyiv after destruction caused by Russia, became a source of new symbolism. Its rhythm and sky-blue transparencies — a free, unstoppable flight — echo the spiral form, a symbol of freedom and energy. Spirals also appear on the falcon’s wings in Horska’s mosaic.

The SS’26 collection introduces new materials and textures, including elements of hand-knitting. Knit tops and dresses carry motifs of seashells and stones scattered across the sands of Berdyansk. Nadya continues to experiment with dynamic intersecting ruffles arranged in spirals reminiscent of seashells. The collection also introduces a new detail — the peplum — styled with midi skirts and capri pants.

The denim line, executed in a light summer dirty jeans technique, includes denim bombers, vests, cropped tops, and midi skirts with peplums.

The SS’26 color palette combines whites with shades of apricot, lavender, sky blue, and dusty pink. A new wide-stripe print reinforces the maritime theme of the collection, transformed into refined geometric ruffles and spirals. Transparent organza dresses — a signature of the brand — appear in a new interpretation: layered multicolored ruffles reminiscent of the mosaic in “Boryviter.”

“The BORYVITER SS’26 collection by NADYA DZYAK is a fusion of my personal memories, the Ukrainian cultural code, and our brand’s signature handwriting. For us, it is a language through which we speak to the world,” emphasizes the designer.
