Look into the Future: Jury Members and Details of the 2025 Competition

The 26th All-Ukrainian Contest for Young Fashion Designers Look into the Future, which for over a quarter of a century has been unveiling new names in Ukrainian fashion, this year is dedicated to the heritage of the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts. This heritage is the main theme and source of inspiration for the contestants’ collections.

The jury of the contest includes invited experts — Ukrainian designers and members of the Ukrainian Fashion Council: Svitlana Bevza, Iryna Karavay, Lilia Litkovska, Lilia Pustovit, and Ksenia Schnaider.

Out of 60 applications, the jury selected 18 semi-finalists who will compete for a place in the final of Look into the Future 2025. The finalists’ collections will open the Ukrainian Fashion Week SS26 this September.

The main partners of the 26th Look into the Future Contest are Visa and PrivatBank, as part of the “Financial Fashion — Creating Financial Style” campaign:

“Contemporary fashion is, above all, an art form. And premium personal banking services from PrivatBank and Visa are an art of meeting all clients’ financial needs. Quality products and services, reliability, and financial security are always in style. That’s why PrivatBank and Visa are supporting the development of Financial Fashion — by empowering young talents and initiatives that combine aesthetics, art, and financial market innovations.”

The Grand Prix winner of Look into the Future 2025 will receive a prize of 100,000 UAH from the main partners, Visa and PrivatBank. The designers who take second and third places will receive prizes of 30,000 UAH and 20,000 UAH, respectively, provided by Iryna Adonina, founder of the United For Freedom charitable foundation.

For the first time in the contest’s history, a curator has been appointed — renowned Ukrainian designer Ivan Frolov. Having launched his successful career with a victory at Look into the Future, he will now mentor young designers to refine and develop their creative vision. Under Ivan’s curatorship, a residency will be held in Kyiv for the contest’s semi-finalists, where participants will deepen their concepts and enhance their collections, working with experts from the Khanenko Museum as well as leading Ukrainian fashion stylists.

The official hotel partner of the Look into the Future 2025 residency is ibis Kyiv City Center.
