“Look into the Future. New Forms of Reality” Announces the 2026 Competition Winners
On September 6, the final of the 27th All-Ukrainian Competition for Emerging Fashion Designers “Look into the Future” took place at Mystetskyi Arsenal, marking the closing of the Ukrainian Fashion Week SS27 season.
The winners of “Look into the Future. New Forms of Reality” are:
Grand Prix and a UAH 150,000 cash prize from the competition’s main partners, Visa and PrivatBank, went to Oleksandra Sakhaudinova.

As Svitlana Konar, Head of Promotional Partnerships and Collaborations at PrivatBank, comments:

This is why, together with Visa, we want to support young talents on their journey from an idea to a successful Ukrainian brand.”
Second Prize went to Anastasiia Navrotska. The recipient of the Second Prize received a grant for further professional development from public figure and founder of the United For Freedom Foundation, Iryna Adonina:

“For me, supporting emerging talents and businesses is especially important today. It is through attention, engagement, and our conscious choice to support Ukrainian products that businesses can continue to operate, grow, and create even during wartime.I see it as my mission to support those who continue building the future here, in Ukraine. And I clearly understand that only through consistent action, rather than words, can we support the economy, create opportunities for Ukrainians, and make our country stronger.”
By the jury’s decision, Third Prize was awarded jointly to Vasylyna Staryk and Sofiia Yarmak.

The Third Prize was supported by ArtShield, an international organisation that supports artists and projects aimed at promoting Ukrainian art internationally, as well as by members of the competition jury.
This year, 12 finalists presented their collections, each offering an individual reflection on the present and its transformations. The theme “New Forms of Reality” therefore defined the conceptual direction of the competition, opening up a space to rethink familiar forms, materials, and ways of interacting with the world around us.The winners of “Look into the Future. New Forms of Reality” were selected by an expert jury comprising renowned Ukrainian designers and members of the Ukrainian Fashion Council: Lilia Litkovska, Lilia Poustovit, Maria Gavryliuk, Natalia Kamenska, Nadia Dzyak, and Ivan Frolov.
The presentation of the finalists’ collections at “Look into the Future. New Forms of Reality” marked the closing event of the Ukrainian Fashion Week SS27 season. This year, 12 emerging designers presented their collections, each offering a personal reflection on the present, its transformations, and new ways of interacting with the world. The theme “New Forms of Reality” gave the participants a space to rethink familiar forms, materials, and the very language of contemporary fashion.
