This Friday, the first show will take place within the “Support Ukrainian Fashion” Initiative and UFW International Season SS23.

Ukrainian designer NADYA DZYAK will present her collection at Malta Fashion Week.

Malta Fashion Week 2022 will take place on July 20-22 in Valletta on the terrace of the Mediterranean Conference Centre. Although the road to the event has been quite difficult after two years of restrictions due to the pandemic, the Malta Fashion Week team, all the designers, make-up artists, hair stylists, photographers, fashion stylists and the backstage team are as committed as ever to make this event happen successfully.

This season, Malta Fashion Week supported the Initiative of Ukrainian Fashion Week and invited the Ukrainian brand NADYA DZYAK to present a collection on its catwalk. After all, due to the full-scale russian war in Ukraine, the 51st season of UFW will be held in an unusual format – on the European and the USA catwalks.

NADYA DZYAK will present the Seasonless Collection 2022 at Malta Fashion Week. Each collection of the Ukrainian brand has its own unique features. The brand’s commitment to pleated details, translucent fabrics and multi-layered decors is recognizable throughout the world. NADYA DZYAK dresses are chosen by world-famous stars and influencers: May Musk, Kylie Minogue, Ksenia Adontz, Kelly Rowland and Jamie Chang, and images from the brand regularly appear on the pages of the most popular fashion magazines: Vogue, L’Officiel, WWD, Harper’s Bazaar and others.

“Perhaps, this is my most difficult and most important collection in life.
I started working on it back in November of last year. We were sewing the collection, and then February 24th came… and that was it. On the last day, when I was in our studio, I saw my team – we were like one friendly family and for many years created incredible pieces together.
However, I promised myself that no matter what, we must create and finish this collection in order to overcome the darkness,” comments Nadya Dzyak.

The collection turned out to be “international” also because part of it was sewn in Ukraine, and some items were created by designer Nadya Dzyak in Vienna. Seasonless Collection 2022 at Malta Fashion Week will be presented on July 22.
