FW26–27: PLNGNS Presentation
PLNGNS — a brand for which sustainability is an integral part of its identity — invited guests of Ukrainian Fashion Week not only as observers but also as active participants in the upcycling process.

During the presentation, visitors directly joined the transformation of materials that will become the foundation for the brand’s future collections. This approach allows participants to experience the principles of sustainable production as a practical, hands-on process.

The interactive installation, designed with audience participation in mind, introduced the brand’s concepts from two perspectives. On one side, guests could explore finished samples from the show, visualizations of the process, and the stages of garment creation. On the other side, they were invited to assemble their own prototype using the provided patterns and elements from sneakers. In this way, guests gained a unique tactile experience of upcycling.
After the presentation, the prototypes created by participants will be developed into finished pieces and distributed through a charity auction or a lottery on the brand’s social media platforms.

All funds raised will be directed to support a military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where relatives and friends of the PLNGNS team are currently serving.
This initiative highlights the brand’s social mission and demonstrates how circular fashion can transform viewers into co-creators — and waste into resources with high added value.
