FW25-26: Nadya Dzyak show

The circle is the elemental form of the universe, symbolizing the continuous flow of time, the cycles of life, and the transmission of knowledge from generation to generation. This idea lies at the heart of Nadya Dzyak FW25-26, where every detail reflects traditions that take on new shapes and meanings.

“Even amidst total inner darkness, the brand’s production in Dnipro continues to work with passion and a thirst for life. Through creativity, we seek balance and unwavering faith, often drawing inspiration from ordinary people,” says Nadya Dzyak. One day, near her studio, she met Valentyna, an elderly woman selling handwoven circular rugs. Having moved to Dnipro from Bakhmut, she creates these pieces as she learned in her youth. “When I lay out my sheer ruffles, the universe guides my hand, just as it guides Valentyna’s when she weaves her bright circles. I believe our ancestors speak to us through them,” adds the designer. A special part of the collection is dedicated to Valentyna’s artistry.

In FW25-26, the fabric becomes a medium of storytelling—circular motifs appear in sketches, while weightless organza forms delicate circles and geometric swirls, echoing ancient rituals. At the heart of the collection are dresses and skirts adorned with dynamic ruffles in circular shapes, structured through a unique technique.

Nadya Dzyak reinterprets the brand’s DNA, blending sheer and structured designs with tweed and wool. Lace mini dresses contrast with denim, treated to achieve a rust-brown hue. Bomber jackets with floral appliqués and asymmetrical skirts reference grunge aesthetics while maintaining elegant silhouettes. Innovations also extend to undulating forms, now appearing in sculptural ruffles crafted from dense fabrics.

The collection is grounded in black but illuminated by vivid flashes of red, carmine, cobalt, and linen shades. The palette is balanced with soft taupe tones, while the brand’s signature transparent dresses and blouses appear in a new, rich chocolate hue.

“Through the warmth carried by Valentyna, despite the darkness surrounding our present, I found genuine inspiration. I recalled my first “Chaika” sewing machine and my grandmother Anya, who passed down her skills to me. Everything is part of a greater circle—memory, tradition, and renewal. Life continues as long as we continue to create,” shares Nadya Dzyak.
