Lithuanian designer Milda Grikšaitė-Jankuvienė, the founder of the Mild Power brand, presented her off-season collection on the catwalk of Ukrainian Fashion Week noseason sept 2021.

Prolonged quarantine has brought uncertainty, many fashion events have been cancelled or postponed. Therefore, Milda waited patiently and at the beginning of the summer received a positive response from the organizing committee of Ukrainian Fashion Week. “I decided to present my collection at this event because Ukrainian Fashion Week is one of the most important fashion events in Eastern Europe, which arouses great international interest every year, and our countries strive for closer economic and cultural relations. The pandemic significantly adjusted the normal world processes, and Ukrainian Fashion Week called this time “No Season”. This is what inspired the idea of ​​my latest collection: I did not only turn to the symbols used at the beginning of my work – clouds and hearts – but also choose the most important axis of the collection – love. Love for yourself, family, nature, God and friends. This is a universal medicine”, –said the designer.
