Ukrainian Fashion Week and white rabbit agency announce Business Conference: Industry Challenges in Today’s Realities
On September 8, 2025, the first professional conference, Industry Challenges in Today’s Realities, will take place at TSUM Kyiv. The event is organized by Ukrainian Fashion Week in partnership with white rabbit agency.
“This is a dialogue aimed at achieving real, practical results. We have identified clear requests and formulated the industry’s main challenges — now we are looking for answers together. We are bringing key representatives of the fashion sector to the table to discuss the challenges brought by the war. The industry deserves a conversation that leads to concrete solutions,” — Iryna Danylevska, co-founder and CEO of Ukrainian Fashion Week.
The conference will unite the country’s leading fashion brands, whose daily work shapes the industry — from production to communications, marketing, and sales. Through open dialogue, participants will jointly outline an action plan for the Ukrainian fashion ecosystem in wartime conditions.
“For us, this project is, above all, about giving the industry a voice. Speakers set the direction, but the entire hall joins the discussion — it’s a collective exchange where everyone contributes. This will be a space for the Ukrainian fashion community to align their visions and discover tools for growth. The industry can only move forward through joint effort. This conference is our contribution to that common cause,” — Maria Mokhova and Varvara Zikran, founders of white rabbit agency.

The conference will be held with the support of TSUM Kyiv and Aromateque Concept Store, and its agenda will include three blocks.
The first one, dedicated to production, will address systemic issues of the new reality such as staff shortages, customs burdens, and security challenges. The panel will be moderated by Iryna Danylevska (Ukrainian Fashion Week), with speakers Lilia Litkovska (LITKOVSKA, School of Art x Craft), Tetyana Abramova (RITO GROUP), and Valeriia Vdovychenko (the COAT by Katya Silchenko).
The second block will focus on communications, examining how brands operate in a state of polycrisis, the importance of preparedness for different scenarios, and the contemporary understanding of inclusivity as part of ethical responsibility. The discussion will be moderated by Maria Mokhova (white rabbit agency) with speakers including Alina Frendiy (COOSH), Anton Eremenko (Kachorovska), and Kateryna Motrych (Ebaut).
The final block will cover marketing and sales, including existing sales channels, pricing strategies, and customer touchpoints, effective in 2025. Special attention will be given to ethical marketing, particularly in working with veterans. The panel will be moderated by Varvara Zikran (white rabbit agency) with speakers Kostiantyn Putylenko (TSUM Kyiv), Nataliia Kinzerska (Kachorovska), and Volodymyr “Budda” Rudkovskyi (“Unbreakable”)
The organizers’ mission is to shape a shared vision for the future of Ukrainian fashion and to develop practical solutions to the industry’s most urgent issues.
