The Light of Shadows: JJSQUEE’s New Collection at Fashion Week
The new JJSQUEE collection is a reimagining of the legend of Lilith — the first woman, created from clay alongside Adam, who chose freedom over obedience. It is not a story of escape, but of choosing oneself; of dignity stronger than fear; of a voice growing out of silence.

The designers turn to religious visuality not to quote it, but to reinterpret it. Complex silhouettes, a fusion of airy fabrics and structured blazers, unexpected volumes and shapes that carry both the lightness of movement and the gravity of presence. Here, clothing is not merely a costume, but a state of being; an item is not just an object, but a gesture.

The collection’s looks are shadows — portraits of inner demons that are not hidden but transformed into visual metaphors. Shame, anger, duality, tenderness, despair, calm — each of these states comes alive as a character, reflecting fragments of contemporary female identity.
JJSQUEE’s collection is about a woman who no longer apologizes for her shadow and isn’t afraid to shine, even in the dark.
