“LOOK INTO THE FUTURE” 2026: Call for Entries Announced

“New Forms of Reality” — under this theme, the XXVII All-Ukrainian Contest of Young Fashion Designers “Look into the Future” opens a new chapter.

For over 25 years, the Contest has provided a platform for emerging talent in Ukrainian fashion.

“New Forms of Reality” will serve as the foundation for this year’s contest collections, focusing on both the literal exploration of new forms and proportions in design and the rethinking of established practices to pursue innovative solutions.

Submission of entries begins immediately upon announcement and will continue until February 15, 2026.

Applications for participation in the XXVII All-Ukrainian Contest of Young Fashion Designers “Look into the Future” can be submitted via the link.

The XXVII All-Ukrainian Contest of Young Designers “Look into the Future” will take place in three stages:

I. Submission of Applications and Clothing Sketches

Participants must submit 7–10 sketches reflecting the contest theme. Applications are accepted until February 15, 2026.

II. Semi-Final

In April, semi-finalists will present two complete looks from their collections to the jury, after which the finalists will be selected.

III. Final

In September 2026, finalists will showcase collections of 5 looks and participate in a creative residency. The finalists’ show will be included in the official UFW SS27 Program.

The competition is open to Ukrainian citizens aged 18–33 who have been working or studying in the fashion industry for more than three years.
