Kristina Laptso presented the FW25-26 collection “Josephina.”

This is a story of the fight for femininity in the dark times of war. Josephina embodies delicate sensuality, where restraint intertwines with willpower, and sophistication merges with subtle masculine accents.

The collection features natural fabrics such as wool, silk, and organza. Recycled polyester and alternative faux fur were used for coats and raincoats. The textures range from sheer and airy to dense and structured. A striking highlight of the collection is the use of vinyl, which adds expressiveness and modernity to the designs.

The silhouettes include fitted skirts, raglan-cut jackets, and maxi coats with lantern sleeves. Accessories are complemented by the brand’s signature collars and genuine leather belts.

This collection is a celebration of life here and now. It encourages one not to fear challenges and the tragic reality but to embrace the present, overcoming the “deferred life syndrome.” Its mission is to remind us that love always prevails because love is divine, and never ceases.

The inspiration for this collection comes from the post-war period—the late 1940s and 1950s—when the world, recovering from the devastating consequences of World War II, was learning to rebuild its future. It was a time of renewal when hope replaced loss, and faith in a brighter tomorrow became the driving force of restoration. The name of the collection, which translates to “God will provide,” symbolizes the transition from the darkness of war to a flourishing revival filled with life, beauty, and light.

Josephina embodies feminine beauty, wisdom, and the role of women in society. She symbolizes the strength and gentleness that help us endure the hardest times together and build a luminous future.
