Andreas Moskin introduced their new FW25-26 collection inspired by the Ukrainian cultural elite of the 20s-30s of the 20th century, called the Executed Renaissance. Firstly, designers relied on the avant-garde novels of the Ukrainian experimental writer Mike Johansen, which organically combine urban bustle and the comfort of nature.

As usual, the brand makes a classic suit the subject of its research, demonstrating a non-standard approach to this type of men’s clothing. Thus, in elongated jackets, there is a fixed belt, which creates an expressive silhouette of the wearer of the work uniform. The designers returned to the idea of ​​patch pockets but with a non-conventional placement. At the same time, in the release, you can see a deconstructed suit in red and khaki colors, filled with a special meaning.

“The asymmetrical arrangement of the seams on the front of the jacket reminds of mutilation and destruction. Actually, in this collection, we tried to reflect the stages of the formation of our cultural elite, from black and red images, which refer to the times of censorship and wars, to light and open images, symbolizing the era of independence,” tell the founders and designers of the brand Andrew Moskin and Andreas Bilous.

The main materials of this collection are tweed, cashmere, and wool, which are usual for country wear. Knitted items such as sweaters, polos, and T-shirts complement classic suits, creating a harmonious combination of classics and everyday style. The collection is dominated by natural colors, including marsala, avocado, and milk,  while fringe adds more naturalness to the items.

Also in this release, the designers decided to create looks adapted for men with prosthetic arms and legs. The jacket sleeves are removed with an invisible zipper, and the pants also have zippers on the inner side seams, which help the wearer quickly put on or take off the prosthesis.
