Yelizavetta Volosovska created a collection of UrbanVenera in the last year of study at the Bachelor of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerpen. An inspiration source for the designer was the fairy tale of an ancient creature that falls into the modern world of electronic technologies and urbanization and tries to understand its rules. The clothes have the form of armor that protects the body and makes Venera invulnerable. At the same time, feminine silhouettes show the sensitive and romantic nature of the creature. The collection has many experiments with cut and texture, deconstructed multi-layer garments made of leather, vinyl, draped silk and text prints from social network pages.
