KSENIA SCHNAIDER PRESENTS THE LOOKBOOK OF FW19-20 COLLECTION
Monday, 11 March 2019
Designers Ksenia and Anton Schnaider traditionally present the main idea of a new season in two interconnected collections. They continue to find inspiration in their own childhood memories about the special attitude of their parents to jeans and clothing at all in Soviet times, Ksenia and Anton want to make this attitude understandable to everyone with the brand-specific irony and the FW19-20 collection.
To continue the main theme of the Ksenia Schnaider Pre-Fall 19 collection - the responsible designer of the textile waste recycling and remnants from previous collections, for the new collection, the brand team not only focuses on up cycling experiments on denim and knitwear in pitchfork technology, but also uses new materials , such as corduroy and silk, and new techniques such as plisse and tie-dye.
For Ksenia Schnaider FW19-20, Ksenia created unique hoodies and dresses made of checkered shirts, adding these slices to jeans and denim skirts, refreshing the demi-denims with a pleated corduroy, and also used a plisse for corset dresses and skirts. While Anton developed a special print of this collection in the form of a familiar to many of the 1990s neon pricing, which they placed on silk dresses, shirts, hoodies.
The most discussed denim trend of 2019, created by Ksenia earlier this year, - asymmetrical jeans - is also presented in a new collection in new colors from light blue to gray and black.
