In the collection SS19 designers used the airy flower print by cosmopolite illustrator Soosh and The print by Swiss artist, stage designer and modern art performer Marianne Hollenstein. Frower print by Soosh refers to the immaterial and the infinity of life as such: flowers and their seeds flying through space with no beginning or end throughout the canvas, just like humans exist in the universal ether. Marianne’s print is the earthly expression of communication with human roots. The letters express how we seek and transmit existential concepts from generation to generation, putting them into words, how we lose them at once and rediscover them in ancient writings. Black and white are the key colors of the collection, as the simplest truths and two sides of one holistic essence of the Universe. Flying silk in dresses and shorts and transparent nylon symbolize the immaterial sides of life, while the dense denim in pants and jackets and raincoats are the incarnations of earth and instruments of knowledge.
