International Journalists about Ukrainian Fashion Week. PART 3
Each season the number of media accredited for Ukrainian Fashion Week is higher, each time their geography is wider. This season apart from Ukrainian media Ukrainian Fashion Week Press department has accredited journalists from Italy, Germany, Belarus, Israel and Poland. This season Ukrainian Fashion Week Organizing Committee has decided to get the impressions of international journalists, bloggers and photographers about our events and we gladly share some of them.

Ukrainian Fashion Week is a Fashion Fest which we were lucky to visit. Incredible rhythm of events within Ukrainian Fashion Week leaves no chance to get bored. During our visit we have managed to get acquainted with diverse interesting fashion personalities, bloggers, designers, guests, as well as we have shared our impressions and experience. During the whole fashion week we have never seen Iryna Danylevska unattached, she is constantly in the middle of events, she communicates with guests and media representatives, and it is impossible not to notice the burning flame in her eyes. We state our gratitude to the Organizing Committee which gave us the opportunity to attend all the events within the 31st Ukrainian Fashion Week and created the most favorable conditions for our work. We think that Belarus Organizing Committee can learn from you. We will gladly visit the next issues of Ukrainian Fashion Week.

Nevertheless it may not be already compared to other similar events in Milan, New York or Paris, we found Ukrainian Fashion Week to have been organized with a really deep attention in every single detail. The location is very suggestive and most importantly easy to reach. The choice of having collapsed all the single shows in the same location is winning in order to ensure a faithful schedule with no big delays, as it always happens during other major fashion weeks. We were also very pleased with the work of press department: starting from the confirmation of the accreditation till the last day of the fashion week we had all the necessary working conditions and access to any information.

Ukrainian designers have their own original combination of styles and can be competitive to international brands. I especially enjoyed runway shows by Poustovit, Nadya Dzyak, Ludmila Komardina, Elena Reva and Larisa Lobanova. Ukrainian designers really manage to capture and stress feminine beauty and make a beautiful woman look simply sensational and unforgettable! I also found the presentation of Anastasia Ivanova of her combination of art and fashion quite original and interesting.
The Fashion week team is very helpful and friendly and the entire event is organized very well. This event is and has been an ideal way of presenting Ukraine around the world and to the international fashion scene and I hope to see and to join many more Ukrainian Fashion Weeks.
I find it especially interesting and relaxing to take a stroll in between the stands of sponsors and partners like LG, Bomond or BMW or to sit in the mini version of Buddha Bar with delicious food.

For me as a blogger and fashion stylist from Israel it was symbolic to visit Ukrainian Fashion Week, especially bearing in mind that I was born in Ukraine. I’m grateful that I’ve had a chance to get acquainted with renowned Ukrainian designers. I would like to thank Ukrainian Fashion Week Organizing Committee for their work and wonderful catwalk shows, as well as for their exclusive attention to us. I am fond of the style of Ukrainians and am proud that I have absorbed my passion for fashion here. My blog is called “Matryoshka”.
